Paul Phipps

Paul Phipps has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and engineering. Paul currently holds the position of Staff Software Engineer at MasterClass since October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at MasterClass from May 2021 to October 2022. Before joining MasterClass, they worked at Facebook, starting as a Technical Founder in 2008. In their role as Technical Founder at Conference Connect, they successfully led the company's growth from a $2K startup to over $1M Revenue in 3 years. Paul completed numerous network integration projects for high-profile clients such as Marriott, AT&T, Swisscom, and Facebook. At Facebook, they held the positions of Technical Program Manager from July 2018 to July 2019 and Event Ops Engineering Manager from December 2015 to June 2018.
