Mike Armstrong

Mike Armstrong has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike began their career at Convergys- AT&T @ Home in 1999, where they worked as an Internet Technical Support representative. In 2000, they moved on to Megg Associates\CRISNet, where they served as a Lead QA Engineer, focusing on testing software and setting up automated testing. In 2001, Mike joined MasterControl as a Director of Data Engineering, eventually rising to the position of Senior Director of Data Engineering. Throughout their time at MasterControl, Mike has led engineering teams and embraced the Agile methodology while promoting innovation within the department.

Mike Armstrong attended Alta High from 1990 to 1993, but did not obtain a degree or declare a field of study. In 2013, they obtained the MCSA Microsoft SQL Server 2012 certification from Microsoft.
