Nathan Schwenk is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager at MasterCraft Boat Company since May 2021. In the role of Engineering Front Desk Chief, Nathan coordinated efforts between various departments to enhance customer satisfaction by implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this, Nathan held positions at Aviara Boats as Engineering Manager - Integration and at MasterCraft Boat Company in multiple roles, including Production Manager and Manufacturing Engineer, where Nathan focused on manufacturing processes and continuous improvement. Nathan's background includes early career internships at Aerospace Testing Alliance, RideTech, and Jasper Engines & Transmissions, showcasing a diverse skill set in mechanical engineering and project management. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and studied at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
