Randy Sheppard has a strong background in the environmental health and safety field, with over 35 years of experience. Randy is currently the Director of Environmental Health and Safety at MasterCraft Boat Company since August 2022. Prior to that, Randy worked at Mastercraft Boats as an Environmental Health and Safety Officer from November 2013 to November 2022.
