Jamie Conway-Baker

Jamie Conway-Baker has extensive work experience in the precious metal refining industry. Jamie is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Mastermelt Group of Companies. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager of ECO-Mastermelt Pte Ltd, where they successfully led the company's expansion into Asia and established it as the leading precious metal refiner in South East Asia. Jamie also worked at Johnson Matthey, where they held various roles including Business Manager, Board Director, and New Business Development in the water technologies and PGM refining divisions. Jamie has a strong background in developing and implementing refining processes and managing customer projects globally.

Jamie Conway-Baker has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Minerals Engineering from the University of Exeter, Camborne School of Mines, which was obtained from 1995 to 2002. Additionally, Jamie Conway-Baker has a PhD in Minerals Engineering from Camborne School of Mines, obtained from 1991 to 2000. They also have a certification as a Chartered Engineer from The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3).
