Rocky R. Twitchell

Rocky R. Twitchell is an experienced self-defense instructor and community volunteer with a diverse background in martial arts and security. Currently serving as a Self Defense Instructor at COLDCASETEAM.COM and a Team Advisor at Team Froglogic, Rocky also contributes as a volunteer with Veterans For Child Rescue and engages as a top sales associate at Black Out Fight Gear INC. Former experience includes serving as a self-defense instructor for the UC Davis Police and work as a security officer for Red Lion Hotels. Rocky holds multiple teaching roles in martial arts, including Muay Thai and Pencak Silat, and has been recognized as an inductee into the Masters Hall of Fame. Educational qualifications encompass various degrees related to martial arts instruction, security training, and volunteer service in law enforcement and firefighting.
