Doug Mathes

Doug Mathes is a retired AT&T Executive with extensive experience in program management and strategic execution within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Non-Profit Board Member for the Masters Leadership Program of Greater San Antonio, Doug advocates for youth education, inclusion, and diversity. During a career at AT&T spanning from 1994 to 2019, Doug held various leadership positions, including Assistant Vice President roles in the Strategic Program Management Office and Technology Operations Program Office, where oversight of corporate-wide initiatives and major mergers was key. Doug's educational background includes a Master of Science in Telecommunications Management from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
