Arlene Casey

Arlene Casey is an Upper School Math Teacher at The Masters School since August 2019 and a Math Teacher Fellow at the Knowles Teacher Initiative since April 2019. Previous experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at Bryn Mawr College from September 2017 to December 2018 and at Johns Hopkins Center For Talented Youth during the summer of 2018. Arlene co-designed and taught a summer math course for high school students as a Math Teaching Intern at Brown University's Teaching Experiences for Undergraduates Program in June 2017. Leadership roles include Co-Chair and Co-Secretary of the Haverford College Honor Council from January 2017 to May 2018 and facilitating Education Talks for students in the bi-college Education Program from February 2016 to May 2017. Arlene holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Education from Haverford College and a high school diploma from The Nightingale-Bamford School.
