Jacob Sorem

Jacob Sorem has a varied work experience. In 2022, they began working as a System Engineer at Masterswitch IT, LLC. From 2008 to 2022, they worked at Rasmussen College in various roles, including School of Technology Faculty - Assistant Professor, State Program Coordinator North Dakota/Minnesota, ISM Coordinator, Faculty - School of Tech and Design, and IT Support Specialist. In 2007, they worked as an Assembly Technician at Network Instruments, and from 1997 to 2007, they were a Quality Tech at the Geneva Group of Companies.

Jacob Sorem completed their education history with a Master of Science (MS) in Information Systems and Technology Management, Network Administration Specialization from Capella University in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, IT Specialization from Rasmussen University in 2013. Jacob also received an AAS in Information Technology from Rasmussen College in 2008. Additionally, they obtained certifications from CompTIA, including Network+ in 2010 and A+ in 2009.
