Roberto Fernandez

Roberto Fernandez is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in surface mount technology (SMT) and wave process engineering. Currently serving as the SMT & Wave Process Engineering Manager and Technical Advisor at Masterwork Electronics since January 2020, Roberto has held significant positions in various companies including Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. as a PCBA Engineering Technical Advisor, and Juniper Networks as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer. Prior roles include Sr. SMT Process Engineer at Invensys Operations Management, SMT Process Engineer at Motorola Solutions, and Sr. Process Engineer at Solectron. Roberto holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, completed from 1982 to 1986.
