Dean Fossella

Dean Fossella serves as the Chief Technology Officer at MasteryPrep, starting in January 2024. Previously, Dean was the Vice President of Operations at JoVE from February 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included setting core business strategies and implementing an artificial intelligence strategy. Prior roles include SVP for Education at QA InfoTech, leading product technology at SAI Global, and serving as SVP and Chief Technology Officer at Jones & Bartlett Learning, where technology transformations occurred in learning platforms. Dean began a career at Cengage Learning, managing digital solutions and directing a technology operation that transitioned print products to online formats. Dean holds a Bachelor's degree in International Management and Economics from UMass Boston.
