Lindsay Barnes

Lindsay Barnes currently serves as Vice President and Controller at Mastronardi Produce since February 2024. Previously, Lindsay held multiple executive roles at La-Z-Boy Incorporated from November 2011 to February 2024, including Vice President of Strategy where responsibilities included accelerating the organization's strategic plan and enhancing team cohesion. Prior to that, Lindsay was Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, successfully negotiating a $200M unsecured credit facility, and also served as Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, overseeing treasury and shared services functions. Earlier experience includes positions at Borders Group, Inc. and PwC, as well as Arthur Andersen & Co. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University.
