Elena Shawback

Elena Shawback is currently the CFO at Mat-Su Health Services, a FQHC and integrated behavioral health center. Elena holds an M.B.A. from the University of Alaska Anchorage, and a B.B.A. from the same institution. Elena also attended the University of Alaska Fairbanks from 1991 to 1994.
