Ocea Jacobs obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz between 2003 and 2008. During this time, they also studied International Relations and Affairs at the Autonomous University of Barcelona in Spain from 2006 to 2007. In 2005 and 2006, they obtained a Hotel Management Studies degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. In 2010, they obtained a Hotel Management certification from the same institution.
