Ardy Litzenberg

Ardy Litzenberg is an accomplished Operations Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving at Matador Resources Company since April 2023. Previously, Ardy held the position of Production Operations Engineer at Total from August 2016 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing workover projects, optimizing production, and overseeing equipment installations. Prior to that, Ardy worked as an Operations Engineer and Facilities Engineer at Chesapeake Energy, where significant contributions included chemical program administration and process hazard reviews. Early professional experience included roles at Shell as a Facilities and Petrophysical Engineer, as well as volunteering as a teacher in Ghana with the Peace Corps. Ardy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
