Lucinda Kitney

Lucinda Kitney has extensive experience in the marketing and communications sectors, currently serving as the Talent & Culture Director at Match & Wood since November 2018, where previous roles included Talent & Culture Lead and Communications Advisor. Under Lucinda's leadership, Match & Wood was recognized as a finalist for the Mumbrella Emerging Agency of the Year 2019 and was the runner-up for Campaign Brief WA Media Agency of the Year 2019. Prior to this, Lucinda worked at MullenLowe Mediahub Global as a Media Planner/Buyer and at Initiative as an Investment Partnerships Executive and Media Coordinator. Lucinda's career began at Southern Cross Care (WA) Inc. with a focus on marketing and communications. Educationally, Lucinda holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing & Advertising from Curtin University and a Western Australian Certificate of Education from Bunbury Catholic College.
