Lucas Pauzies

Lucas Pauzies has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2022. Lucas started their career in 2013 as a Mathematics Tutor, providing individual math support to students until 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Research and Development Intern at Novosibirsk State University, where they implemented statistical tools on a website for linguistic research.

In 2018, Lucas joined Total as a Java Software Developer for the Sismage-CIG and AVO Service. Lucas developed templating tools and substack recombination tools to enhance geophysics interpretation. Lucas also worked as an Intern Developer and Data Scientist at Total's Data Analytics Competence Center, focusing on machine learning and data science for predictive engine maintenance.

From 2019 to 2020, Lucas served as a Developer and AI Engineer for Sismage-CIG INNOVATION at Total. Lucas developed R&D tools, integrated approved tools into Sismage, and provided IT support for the R&D Sismage Innovation service. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of DevDataOps Engineer for Assets in Operation at Total, where they worked on high-value applications using Data Science and Data Engineering.

Lucas continued their journey at Total in 2022 as a Technical Lead for Assets in Operations, responsible for the full management of an Indian full-stack developer team. Lucas also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Matcha starting in 2022.

In their various roles, Lucas has gained experience in software development, technical management, deployment and development on Azure, and the use of tools such as Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Ansible. Lucas has expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and C#.

Lucas Pauzies completed their education in a chronological order. Lucas obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Ingénierie informatique from CY Tech, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Michelet in Lannemezan from 2013 to 2014 and earned a Baccalauréat.
