Paula Swafford

Paula Swafford has extensive experience in supply chain management and administrative functions, currently serving as Supply Chain Lead Buyer at MATECH Solutions since March 2018. Prior to this role, Paula held positions at The Hogs and Heroes Foundation America as Secretary for the Maryland Chapter 8 from March 2014 to February 2019, contributing to community fundraising efforts for public safety. At K&L Microwave, Paula worked from August 1990 to March 2018, advancing through roles including Shipping Receiving Manager and International Sales CSR, while also actively participating in ERP selection, implementation, and training related to various operational processes. Paula began a career in manual assembly and printing tasks, showcasing versatility and commitment to efficiency in operational environments. Paula completed education at Parkside High School from 1984 to 1988.
