Marco Antonio R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Marco Antonio started their career as a technical intern at Matera in 2003 and continued as an intern and junior analyst at Linkway Internet Provider and Matera until 2006. Marco Antonio then joined S&V Consultoria e Tecnologia as a junior systems analyst and later worked as a university intern from 2006 to 2007. Marco returned to Matera in 2008 and took on various roles including senior systems analyst, DevOps analyst, tech product manager, and senior tech product manager until 2022. Marco Antonio briefly worked at Qulture.Rocks Brasil as a site reliability engineer before joining UOL EdTech as a software engineering specialist in 2023. Marco is currently serving as the Principal Architect at Matera.

Marco Antonio R. earned a Tecnólogo degree in Informática para Negócios from Fatec São Bernardo do Campo Adib Moises Dib from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Técnico degree in Técnico em Informática com ênfase em Programação from Colégio Técnico de Campinas - Unicamp from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition 5.0 from Sun Microsystems, obtained in 2009.
