Adam Cornett

Adam Cornett serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at Materion Corporation, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Adam was Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at Swagelok from September 2017 to February 2023. Adam also worked as Senior Attorney at ABA Insurance Services from October 2011 to September 2017, and as an Attorney at Taft, Stettinius & Hollister LLP from September 2004 to October 2011. Adam holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude and in the top 10% of the class from Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from The College of Wooster. Additionally, Adam has educational background from Western Reserve Academy.
