Fernando Haddad

Fernando Haddad has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Fernando most recently served as the VP of Transformation, Operational Excellence, Global Engineering, and Global EHS at Materion Corporation, a global advanced materials solutions provider. Before that, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Operations & Supply Chain at Kraton Corporation, a leading producer of polymers and chemicals. Fernando also worked as the Global Manufacturing Director at Honeywell UOP and held various roles at Dow Corning Corporation, including Global Projects Portfolio Director and Global Operations Director. Prior to that, they gained experience at Johnson & Johnson and 3M in quality assurance and supervisor roles. Throughout their career, Fernando Haddad has led manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence initiatives in multiple countries and industries.

Fernando Haddad pursued their higher education in a chronological order. Fernando completed their bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas between the years 1981 and 1985. Afterward, in 2004/2005, they pursued an MBA degree in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, in 2005, they attended Babson College, where they participated in the International Program for the Development of Entrepreneurs, Executives, and Shareholders, earning another MBA degree.
