Erica Shay

Erica Shay, CDMP, PCM, currently serves as the Director of Business Development & Marketing at Matern Professional Engineering, a position held since August 2006. In this role, Erica focuses on building client relationships, monitoring current client needs, managing client budgets, and tracking RFP processes. Erica actively participates in industry events to foster connections and gather insights. Prior to this, from November 2001 to August 2006, Erica worked as a Web Designer at Memorial Health Care System, managing web design for multiple websites and overseeing web marketing initiatives.
