Jana Baldermann

Jana Baldermann is a Project Manager in the Global Process Office & Management Systems at Materna IPS GmbH since September 2022, following experience as a working student and intern in similar roles, focusing on process optimization, tool integration, and project management support. Prior to Materna IPS, Jana served as a Social Media Manager at Vidroflor Warenhandels GmbH, where responsibilities included content creation and performance analysis. Additional experience includes internships in project management and marketing with Alpine Pearls, event management at Düsseldorf Congress GmbH, and administrative support roles at Rhine-Waal University. Jana holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund and a Bachelor's degree from Rhine-Waal University.
