Jazzmin Boyd

Jazzmin Boyd is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in health education, community support, and youth mentoring. Currently serving as a Change of HEART Doula at Oshun Family Center since October 2023, Jazzmin also fulfills the role of Community Doula and Breastfeeding Peer Educator with Maternity Care Coalition since November 2016. Previous experience includes positions as PrEP Program Coordinator and SHIPP Project Coordinator at the Health Federation of Philadelphia, and Health Educator with Public Citizens for Children and Youth. Jazzmin has worked in various educational and health-focused roles, including Care Navigator with National Health Corps and Afterschool Leader at Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation. Jazzmin holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Spanish from Villanova University, with additional experiences in volunteer and service projects that emphasize community engagement and educational support.
