Sarah Humpage Liuzzi

Sarah Humpage Liuzzi is a Senior Researcher at Mathematica since August 2013, with extensive experience in impact evaluation and research focused on health and education in Latin America. Previous roles include Instructor for the CLEAR Initiative at the World Bank, where participation involved teaching regional courses in China and South Africa, and Consultant at the Inter American Development Bank, contributing to research in Guatemala, Peru, and Mexico. Sarah has also held various positions at the University of Minnesota while completing a PhD in Applied Economics, and served as a board member for the Resource Center of the Americas, emphasizing human rights and social justice. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Applied Economics and a Master of Public Policy, both from the University of Minnesota, and a BA in Latin American Studies from Macalester College.
