Rachael Hillman

Rachael Hillman serves as the Operations Manager at XYZ Textbooks since January 2010, where oversight includes the development of online textbooks and an online homework system initiated by MathTV.com in 2009. Prior to this role, Rachael was employed at Mesa Airlines from February 2006 to October 2009 as a Lead Cross Utilized Agent, managing both ramp and customer service duties including passenger check-in, ticketing, complaint resolution, and freight handling. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2006.
