Chong Lee

Chong Lee is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in infrastructure, security, and technology management across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as Head of Core IT at MathWorks since February 2022, Chong previously held significant roles including Head of Information Technology and Infrastructure Architecture at Monte Rosa Therapeutics, and Vice President of IT Infrastructure & Security at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where leadership of diverse technical teams supported the company's mission in biotechnology. Chong's earlier positions include Director of IT Global Infrastructure and Security Operations at Bain & Company, and Sr. Manager of Infrastructure Engineering at Nuance Communications, among others. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a BS in Finance from Merrimack College.
