Deepti Sukhwani

Deepti Sukhwani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at MathWorks since June 2004, currently holding the position of Director, Engineering Development. Deepti has successfully led various initiatives within the Engineering Development Group, including overseeing hiring programs and expanding the group in Hyderabad, India. Throughout the career at MathWorks, Deepti has managed and coached teams, focusing on employee development and product quality in areas like Simulink and code generation. Prior to this role, Deepti contributed to quality engineering in image processing and file formats, and began an academic career as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Deepti holds an M.B.A. and an M.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
