Joe Sanford

Joe Sanford, PhD, possesses extensive experience in the field of robotics and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Application Engineer at MathWorks, Joe has previously held significant roles including Sr. Robotics Research Engineer at Diversey, Inc. and Intellibot Robotics, where contributions to robotics research and development were made. Joe also led the Rehabilitation Robotics Research Team at the University of Texas - Arlington Research Institute as a Graduate Research Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas Arlington and a Master of Science in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. Additionally, Joe has been actively involved as a Committee Member for the Institutional Review Board at the University of Texas Arlington.
