Sean O'Riley

Sean O'Riley has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sean is currently the Head of Global Sales Operations at MathWorks since October 2020. Prior to their current position, they worked at Iron Mountain as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales Effectiveness from February 2017 to October 2020, and as the VP of Sales & Marketing Operations from January 2012 to February 2017. Before Iron Mountain, Sean was a Principal Consultant at Angel Eyes Consulting, LLC from March 2011 to January 2012. Sean also held the position of VP, Global Sales Operations at Hewlett-Packard from April 2010 to March 2011. Earlier in their career, Sean held various leadership roles at 3Com Corporation, including VP of Global Commercial Operations, Sr. Director of Product Development & Business Operations, Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain, IT Programs & NPI Engineering, and Director of Product Operations. Sean started their professional journey at Bose Corporation as Sr. Manager of New Product & Process Development and began their career at Teradyne as a Design for Manufacturability, Test & Automation Engineer. Overall, Sean's work experience showcases their expertise in sales operations, sales effectiveness, marketing operations, and product development across multiple industries.

Sean O'Riley obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Operations from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
