David Hose, MCE PE (WI), has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. David began their career at Richard F. Kline, Inc. as a Quality Control Technician, where they conducted compliance tests on asphalt products in the laboratory and cooperated with state officials to develop quality control plans. David then joined Parrott Materials Company as a Quality Control Manager, responsible for developing and designing asphalt products, overseeing testing for compliance, and reporting results to governing agencies.
In 2013, David joined Mathy Construction Company as a Quality Control Engineer, before moving to Rochester Sand and Gravel, a division of Mathy Construction, as the Division Lab Manager. David successfully managed the division's lab operations for a year before returning to Mathy Construction as the Corporate Quality Control Manager. In January 2021, they transitioned to the role of Vice President of Materials and Field Quality, where they continue to contribute their expertise.
David Hose, MCE PE (WI), earned a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering from Norwich University. David completed this program from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they attended McDaniel College, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Psychology. David also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from McDaniel College, which they completed from 2000 to 2002. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Designated Design-Build Professional Certification from DBIA in March 2019.
