Irina Polishchuk

Irina Polishchuk began their work experience in 2016 as an HR Manager at BotsCrew, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, they joined Matic as a Senior Manager, People Operations and later transitioned into the role of Director of People Operations in 2023. In addition to their work at Matic, Irina also worked as a Psychotherapist in Private Practice starting in October 2020.

Irina Polishchuk earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Ukrainian Catholic University from 2014 to 2018. Irina also attended UCU Business School (LvBS) with a focus on HRM. The specific years of attendance for LvBS are not provided.
