Soledad Valla has extensive experience in sales and operations across various companies. Currently serving as a Sales Development Representative for Matific since October 2020, Soledad focuses on scheduling productive meetings for sales executives and participating in lead generation campaigns. Previously, at Securitas Argentina from July 2017 to September 2020, Soledad held the position of Contact Center Supervisor, ensuring the adherence to KPIs and quality service standards while overseeing operational efficiency.
