Jane Aldridge-Nichols

Jane Aldridge-Nichols currently serves as the Director of Deal Desk at Matillion, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Jane was a Program Manager for GTM Strategic Programs at Stripe from April 2021 to November 2022. At Xandr, Jane held multiple senior management roles in strategy and go-to-market operations from October 2018 to April 2021, acting as a hybrid Chief of Staff/Chief Operating Officer for GTM executives and playing a key role in strategic planning for the relaunch of Xandr Invest. Prior experience includes managerial roles overseeing go-to-market strategies and contract operations at AppNexus and various audit positions at Deloitte and The Blackstone Group. Jane holds an MS in Accounting and a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University.
