Suzanne Turner

Suzanne Turner has extensive experience as a technical writer and technical author. Suzanne currently works at Matillion as a Technical Writer since January 2021. Prior to that, Suzanne worked at Mercato Solutions as a Technical Author from 2008 to January 2021. At Mercato Solutions, they were part of the User Education Team and was responsible for writing and managing all reference materials for the KnowledgeKube software platform. Their role included creating user guides, training videos, cheat sheets, and bespoke mini-guides.

Suzanne Turner obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Media Studies from Staffordshire University, graduating in 2004. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. In 2022, they obtained certifications in "Markdown Mastery: Simple yet Powerful Writing Format" from Udemy and "Matillion Associate Certification" from Matillion. In 2021, they obtained certifications in "The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2022: Go from Zero to Hero" from Udemy and "QA Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF)" from First on Scene. Suzanne also holds multiple certifications from Udemy, KnowBe4, and LinkedIn, covering topics such as database administration, Git, cybersecurity, GDPR, and professional skills development.
