Paul Dickerson

Paul Dickerson began their work experience in 1994 as an Electronic Technician at Acme Electric, where they conducted bench testing and repairs on custom power supplies and performed EMC testing. Paul then worked at AVX in 1998 as a Quality Assurance Technician. In 1999, Paul joined Matric Limited where they started as an Electronic Technician before being promoted to Technical Process Engineer, responsible for improving the SMT area's first pass yield. Paul later became a Supply Chain Engineer and then served as a Supervisor of Strategic Sourcing, where they managed quoting activities, approved components and vendors, and handled environmental compliance issues.

Paul Dickerson attended Grove City College from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition, they obtained a certification as an SMT Process Engineer from the Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA) in June 2012.
