Daniel Zhang

Daniel Zhang is an undergraduate student at Cornell University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences (Honors Track), expected to graduate in May 2026. Daniel has extensive experience in teaching and research within various departments at Cornell University, including roles as a Teaching Assistant for Organic Chemistry and General Chemistry, as well as serving as a representative on the Educational Policy Committee for the College of Human Ecology. Daniel's research experience spans multiple institutions, focusing on topics such as non-small cell lung cancer, pediatric kidney disease, metabolic imaging post-kidney transplant, cognitive development in children, and statistical analyses related to hypertension and cognitive performance. Additionally, Daniel has worked as a Medical Laboratory Assistant at Cayuga Medical Center.
