Elias Herrera

Elias Herrera is a Senior Consultant at Matrix Consulting since July 2023, following a role as Subgerente de Negocio CPG at WENCO S.A. from August 2021 to July 2023. Previously, Elias co-founded Ventum, a venture focused on agricultural consulting that utilizes data collection, analysis, and interpretation to optimize blueberry harvesting. Elias has extensive experience at Softys, serving in various roles including Head of Business Intelligence and Senior Corporate Studies Engineer from May 2018 to August 2021. Additionally, Elias was an Assistant Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, providing support to engineering students. Elias holds a degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, completed in 2017.
