Tracy Hayford has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Tracy started their career as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Alcoa in 1981 and then moved up to become a Computer Systems Engineer. Tracy later took on the role of Staff Electrical Engineer, where they supervised electrical projects within the Finishing area of the plant and was responsible for the design and installation of a new high-speed aluminum coil processing line. Tracy then advanced to become the Division Engineer, overseeing a multidisciplinary engineering group providing various engineering functions.

In 1994, Tracy joined Kvaerner Metals as a Lead Systems Engineer where they worked until 1999. Tracy then joined FLANDERS as a Technical Project Manager for Software, Networking, and Systems, and later took on the role of Vice President of Research and Development at Dascore Inc. in 2001.

Tracy's expertise in technology and engineering led their to FLANDERS once again in 2004, this time as a Technical Project Engineer for Software, Networking, and Systems. Tracy then joined ECS Engineering Services Ltd for a brief period as a Lead Engineer before returning to FLANDERS in 2006, this time as the Director of Technology and Development. In 2015, Tracy's role expanded to become the Director of Technology and Chief Architect at Matrix Design Group LLC.

Throughout their career, Tracy has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a breadth of technical expertise in various engineering disciplines.

Tracy Hayford completed a Nanodegree Program in Self Driving Car Engineering at Udacity from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, from 1977 to 1982.
