Dillon Timboe has extensive experience in business intelligence and analytics. Dillon has held various roles in this field, including Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics at Matrix Medical Network, Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics at Matrix Medical Network, and Lead Analyst, Business Intelligence & Analytics at Matrix Medical Network. In these positions, Dillon established relationships with technical teams, streamlined request intake, conducted training for analytics consumers, and developed reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel. Dillon has also managed teams, demonstrated expertise in SQL and Tableau development, implemented call center and scheduling optimization analyses, and provided strategic recommendations based on data insights. Prior to their work at Matrix Medical Network, Dillon gained experience in financial audit and consulting at REDW, terminal operations at Ports America, and financial planning at ING. Dillon Timboe earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University in 2016. In 2019, they completed a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the same university. Additionally, they obtained a Life Producers License from the Arizona Department of Insurance in 2013.
