Dadi Hait

Dadi Hait has over 20 years of experience in various managerial and technical roles in the IT industry. Dadi has worked at companies such as Matrix, Ness Technologies, Opisoft, and I-impact.

At Matrix, Dadi served as a Program Delivery Manager - Director, leading the execution of mega projects from planning to implementation. Dadi was responsible for ensuring projects were delivered on time, met quality and technical requirements, and stayed within budget. Dadi had strong interpersonal skills and collaborated with various teams such as R&D, Business Analysts, QA, and system admins.

Prior to this, Dadi was the Unit Manager Director at the Technology & Finance Division at Matrix. In this role, they managed a business unit, overseeing two major operations and leading a team of 45 employees. Dadi successfully delivered multiple projects for one of the largest banks in Israel.

Dadi also gained experience at Ness Technologies, where they held the position of SAP Technology Manager, focusing on projects related to ABAP development, SAP PI integration, SAP Portal, SAP Mobile, Fiori, and SAP MDM.

Additionally, Dadi served as the Projects Division Manager at Opisoft, specializing in fix price software project management in Microsoft BI technology. Dadi managed projects in the healthcare vertical for the Ministry of Health and hospitals, and also contributed to the development of a SAP business plan for the company.

At Ness Technologies, Dadi held multiple positions, including Cross Technology Division Manager, where they managed large SAP and Microsoft business operations. Dadi was responsible for solutions such as BI, CRM, SAP NetWeaver, SAP Portal, SAP XI, Office of the CFO, MS SharePoint Portal, Sybase SUP Mobile, and software development. Dadi excelled in project management, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

Earlier in their career, Dadi worked at I-impact as an Application Manager, focused on implementing business and technical solutions, project management, and managing customer accounts. Dadi also gained experience as an SAP Consultant at Rav Bariach, specializing in SAP FI and CO modules, leading Plant Maintenance implementation, and having a good understanding of various business processes.

Dadi holds a degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Niram Gitan Group.

Dadi Hait has a Management degree in International Business from INSEAD in 2009. Prior to that, in 2000, Dadi obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Polytechnic University in NY. Dadi also holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial management engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned in 1998. Dadi attended elementary school from 1977 to 1985 at Revivim in Holon. Additionally, Dadi obtained a certification as a Mediator from the Ministry of Justice in 2008.
