Dorit Steiner Borochov

Dorit Steiner Borochov has a strong background in HR and recruitment, with experience at multiple companies. Dorit started their career in 2001 at Israel Defense Forces as an HR professional, where they worked for nearly a decade. In 2010, they joined Matrix as an HR and recruitment manager and remained in that role until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Hypersonnel ltd as an HR and recruitment manager. Dorit then returned to Matrix, taking on roles as the Head of Managed Services from 2019 to 2023 and currently as the Head of the managed services and delivery department.

Dorit Steiner Borochov earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in social sciences from Bar-Ilan University from 2008 to 2010. Dorit later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Ono Academic College from 2011 to 2013.
