Jacek Kowalski

Jacek Kowalski is a financial accountant with extensive experience in the accounting sector, currently employed at Matrix Polymers since July 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing financial accounting and tax compliance for the Polish entity, adapting ERP systems, and implementing IAS/IFRS standards. Prior to this role, Jacek Kowalski worked at Rödl & Partner, progressing from assistant roles to accountant and junior accountant, managing bookkeeping for foreign-capital entities, preparing financial statements, and supervising junior staff. Jacek Kowalski also completed an internship in both the tax and legal department and as a database administrator at Rödl & Partner.
