Bob Hoye

Bob Hoye is an experienced Capacity Manager at MATRIX Resources since April 2023. Previously, Bob served as a Professional Network Design Engineer at AT&T from June 2006 to April 2019, where responsibilities included planning and designing the mobility voice network, along with contributions to national VoLTE project deployments. Prior to AT&T, Bob held the position of Senior Network Engineer at Nextel Partners from 2001 to 2006. Bob earned an Associate degree in Telecommunications from the Electronics Institute.
