Doug Brandberg

Doug Brandberg is the Head of Finance for ResMed’s Software as a Service (SaaS) division, where he is responsible for driving operational excellence and strategy development across their portfolio of businesses, including Brightree, MatrixCare, HEALTHCAREfirst and CitusHealth. Prior to leading Finance for ResMed’s SaaS portfolio, Doug served as Brightree’s Chief Financial Officer where he was instrumental in driving growth and a vital leader on multiple acquisitions and strategic partnerships.

Doug has more than 25 years of financial and operational experience leading teams for global technology companies. Before joining ResMed, Doug led Global Financial Planning & Analysis for GoDaddy, a leading global software and technology provider, where he was responsible for financial and strategic planning, acquisition integration, and treasury. Prior to GoDaddy, Doug led finance and operations teams in his roles as divisional CFO for several technology companies, including Equifax, First Data Corporation, and AT&T. Doug’s experience also includes senior roles in Investor Relations, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate Strategy.

Doug has an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a CFA® charterholder.
