Toby Wilson has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Toby started their career as a Helpdesk Operator at the South Australian Government, Department of Administrative and Information Services in 2000. From there, they transitioned to a Customer Support Officer role in the same organization, holding the position until 2005. In 2006, Toby worked as a 3rd Line Technical Support Officer at the South Australian Government - Department of Administrative and Information Services before becoming a Project Officer at the Department for Administration and Information Services. In 2007, they served as a Technical Project Lead at the South Australian Department of Treasury and Finance, and then moved on to Morgan Spencer, where they held the positions of Service Desk Analyst and Server Administrator. In 2008, Toby joined Sybersolve Solutions Ltd as a Field Engineer and later became a Technical Escalation Engineer. Toby then went on to join Matsco Solutions in 2014, starting as a Technical Team Leader and eventually being promoted to Head of Engineering in December 2015.
Toby Wilson pursued their high school education at Brisbane Boys Grammar School from 1991 to 1993. Toby then attended Pembroke School Adelaide for their high school education, completing it from 1993 to 1995. Following this, Toby enrolled at the University of Adelaide, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 1996 to 1998.
