Ed Ying

Ed Ying is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT at Mattel, Inc. since December 2018. Prior to this role, Ed held various positions including Principal Engineer at AT&T and Principal Network Engineer at DIRECTV. Ed's extensive background includes significant time as a Principal Consultant at BT INS, specializing in Network Infrastructure architecture and operations. With earlier roles as a consultant in industries ranging from automotive to healthcare, Ed has built a strong foundation in technology and networking since beginning a career as a Network Analyst at Transamerica in the mid-1990s. Ed Ying holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace from UCLA.
