Calvin Clifton

Calvin Clifton is a seasoned professional in business development and public works, currently serving as the Business Development & Recruiting Manager at Mattern & Craig since September 2012. With a foundation in engineering technology, Calvin's career includes roles such as Chapter Delegate for the American Public Works Association and Client Services Manager at Littlejohn Engineering Associates. Calvin has also held leadership positions including Past-President of the Tennessee Chapter American Public Works Association and Business Development Manager at E. Roberts Alley & Associates, Inc. Previous experience includes serving as Public Works Director for the City of Athens, TN, and Water/Wastewater Services Manager for the City of Kingsport, TN. Calvin holds a BS with a minor in Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University and an AAS in Drafting Design Technology from Northeast State.
