Fernando Fabre

Fernando Fabre is the managing partner at MatterScale Ventures. Fernando has also served as president of Endeavor Global, where they led the global operations in 32 countries. During their tenure at Endeavor, Fabre grew the company from 9 to 32 global offices, 150 to 400 employees, and 250 to over 1,000 entrepreneurs selected. Fernando also launched 9 industry-specific advisory services and built the team for Endeavor Insights, a research unit creating and publishing original content on building entrepreneurial ecosystems and entrepreneur performance metrics. In addition, Fabre launched and oversaw the People and Culture unit at Endeavor. To achieve full market-driven sustainability, they worked closely with other team members to launch Endeavor Catalyst, the venture arm of Endeavor. Finally, Fabre managed the corporate partnerships team, which generated revenues of over $20 million.

Fernando Fabre has a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Economics from Universidad Anáhuac, a Master of Arts in Economics from Claremont Graduate University, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and General from Universidad Anáhuac. Fernando is also a Fellow of the Kauffman Fellows Program in Venture Capital.
