Andrew Traba has extensive work experience in product marketing and analysis, particularly in the customer engagement analytics field. Andrew currently serves as the Head of Product Marketing for Customer Engagement Analytics at NICE Ltd, a role they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Product & Product Marketing at NICE Ltd starting from August 2018.
Before joining NICE Ltd, Traba worked at Mattersight Corporation, where they held various roles. Andrew served as the Vice President of Product from November 2015 onwards and as the Vice President of Behavioral & Data Science from July 2014 to November 2015. Andrew also held the position of Senior Director Analysis, Testing & Product Delivery from June 2013 to July 2014 and Director of Analysis & Testing from May 2011 to June 2013.
Traba's earlier experience includes a role at eLoyalty, where they worked as a Senior Principal, Behavioral Analytics(TM) Service from June 2004 to August 2011.
Andrew Traba attended Claremont McKenna College from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a focus on Accounting.
